Cancellation and Refund Policy
Welcome to the cancellation and refund policy (\”Policy\”) of Karnataka Academy.com (\”we\”, \”us\”, or \”our\”). This policy is framed in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
1. Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel a service you have ordered, you can do so by contacting us at [karnatakaacademymockprep@gmail.com] within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be subject to the conditions of our refund policy below.
2. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at [karnatakaacademymockprep@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. After receiving and reviewing your return request, if it is found to be valid, we will guide you through the returns process. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
In case of rejection, we will provide you with the necessary feedback. Note that any service that has been used or not in its original condition, or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
The time it may take for your refund to appear in your account can vary. However, we aim to process all refunds within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned service. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned service.

5. For Online Subscriptions

Once you subscribe and make the required payment for any online subscriptions, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

5.2 Refunds: Unless stated otherwise, our Services are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you\’ll continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.

Your continued use of the Services after the price change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount. No refunds will be given for price reductions or promotional offers to customers who have already paid.
5.6 Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 10 – 15 business days, depending on your bank\’s policies.
